5 Steps

Step 1

Stand next to a door or a wall.

Step 2

Place one hand's palm against the wall while bending the elbow just a bit.

You should have your arm above your shoulder.

Turn aside from that arm while keeping your hand on the wall to open your chest.

Step 5

Reverse direction to release the stretch, then re-enter the stretch.
