7 Steps

Step 1

Lay on a mat with your face up and close to a chair.

Bend your knees so your feet are flat on the chair with heels under knees

Step 3

Raise one foot up till the ankle is resting on the thigh of the leg to the opposite.

Step 4

Lift your hips up till a straight line runs from your chest to your knee by pushing through the heel that is now on the chair.

Step 5

At the height of the motion, squeeze your bum.

Step 6

Lower until your bum is barely off the ground, then raise once more.

Step 7

Maintain hip alignment during the entire motion.
