Step 1

Start standing in front of a wall with your hands on the wall.

Put your left leg a step behind your right leg.

Keep the left leg (back leg) straight.

Bend your front knee and gently bring your hip and chest toward the wall.

You should feel a stretch in the calf of your back leg.
