Step 1

Start by standing tall with your body straight.

Take a big step backward with one leg, lowering your upper body while maintaining your balance and back straight.

Inhale on the way down.

Your front knee should be directly over your front foot and bent to around 90 degrees at the bottom position.

Step 5

As you exhale, push yourself up and return to the beginning position.

Now repeat with the other leg.
