  4. Then this programe will be set into your calendar app at your convenient time and you will get the reminders
  5. We hope this way with 50 free workouts you can build a habit to work out on a regular basis, but do not stress (or blame yourself) if you will have to skip or move some workouts - these 50 are free forever!
