Step 1

Stand with your torso upright and take a strong step backward with one leg, lowering your upper body, while maintaining your balance and back straight.

Breathe in as you go down.

Your front knee should be directly over your front foot and bent to around 90 degrees at the bottom position.

As you exhale, push yourself up and kick with the back leg forward.
